About the Role:
Are you passionate about the culinary world, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and know how to turn a personality into a digital powerhouse? We are looking for a creative visionary to translate our founder’s mission into captivating digital content. You will be at the heart of our expansion, capturing the spirit of new locations and leading our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Your Responsibilities:
- Personal Branding & Strategy: You will refine and evolve our founder’s digital identity, proactively pitching "outside-the-box" ideas that set us apart from the competition.
- End-to-End Content Production: From initial research and storyboarding to shooting and high-end editing (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and long-form video).
- Platform Management: You will curate and manage our channels with a platform-specific approach—maintaining professional business communication on LinkedIn while creating viral entertainment on TikTok.
- Community Building: You will engage with our community, manage interactions, and use analytics to optimize performance.
- On the Road: You will travel to new restaurant openings and events to capture authentic, high-energy content (willingness to travel is essential).
Your Profile:
- Content Expert: You are a pro with camera equipment and mobile/desktop editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Platform Native: You live and breathe social media and understand the different algorithms from LinkedIn to YouTube.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English (C1) and have a strong command of either German or Chinese (B2).
- Mindset: You are trend-conscious, bold in trying new formats, and highly self-motivated.
- Flexibility: You are excited to grow with us and are ready to travel to various locations to capture the best stories.
