Deine Challenge als Schichtleiter:

Smooth Operations: Du stellst sicher, dass während deiner Schicht alles rund läuft – von der Begrüßung der Gäste bis zum effizienten Service am Tisch.
Team-Captain: Du führst und motivierst das Serviceteam, lebst unsere Werte vor und schaffst eine Atmosphäre, in der die Arbeit Spaß macht.
Onboarding: Du unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung neuer Crew-Mitglieder und achtest darauf, dass unsere hohen Standards von Anfang an sitzen.
Stock Check: Du hast ein Auge auf die Bestände im Gastraum und kommunizierst Engpässe rechtzeitig an das Management.
Quality & Safety: Unternehmensrichtlinien, Hygiene und Sicherheit sind bei dir in guten Händen – du setzt sie konsequent um.
Guest Hero: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste, nimmst Feedback dankend an und löst kleinere Challenges souverän und professionell direkt vor Ort.

Das bringst du mit:

Experience: Du hast fundierte Gastro-Erfahrung im Gepäck, idealerweise schon als Teamleitung oder Stationsleitung.
Service-DNA: Du verstehst Service-Abläufe blind und brennst dafür, Gästen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu bieten.
Leadership-Skills: Du bist kommunikationsstark, ein echter Teamplayer und gehst als Vorbild immer voran.
Stress-Resistenz: Je mehr los ist, desto kühler wird dein Kopf. Du bist ein Organisationstalent durch und durch.
HACCP-Wissen: Grundkenntnisse in Lebensmittelhygiene und Sicherheitsvorschriften sind für dich Standard.
Flexibilität: Berlin schläft nie, und unser Service auch fast nicht – du bist bereit für Abende, Wochenenden und Feiertage.

Your Challenge as a Shift Lead:

Smooth Operations: You ensure everything runs perfectly during your shift – from greeting the guests to efficient table service.
Team Captain: You lead and motivate the service team, live our values, and create an atmosphere where work is actually fun.
Onboarding: You support the training of new crew members and ensure our high standards are met from day one.
Stock Check: You keep an eye on the front-of-house inventory and communicate any shortages to management in a timely manner.
Quality & Safety: Company policies, hygiene, and safety are in good hands with you – you implement them consistently.
Guest Hero: You are the first point of contact for our guests, accept feedback gratefully, and solve smaller challenges confidently and professionally on the spot.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: You have solid gastro experience under your belt, ideally already as a team lead or station manager.
Service DNA: You understand service workflows blindly and are passionate about providing guests with an unforgettable experience.
Leadership Skills: You are a strong communicator, a true team player, and always lead by example.
Stress Resistance: The busier it gets, the cooler you stay. You are an organizational talent through and through.
HACCP Knowledge: Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations is standard for you.
Flexibility: Berlin never sleeps, and our service hardly does either – you are ready for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
