Your Tasks:

Oversee all kitchen activities, including planning, organization, and monitoring daily workflows.
Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, adhering to all relevant regulations.
Work closely with management, providing regular operational reports.
Maintain and achieve pre-defined KPIs.
Actively participate in maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage staff, inventory control, and financial performance.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff.

Your Profile:

Significant experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leadership role.
Deep knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques.
Strong leadership abilities, motivating your team.
Skilled in recruiting and hiring.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
Fluent in English (C1 level or higher); German skills are a plus.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
